Profession thoughts?

Whats your thoughts on the WoW professions? Should there be new ones? Take ones away? How do you like one profession?
I love skinning and leatherworking, the thought of slaying a beast and cutting it up and wearing its skin is like awhole other love for me hehe.

lol. I think they should make it more real, like if it can be skin it should allowed to be, or if u skin a purple raptor the armor u make from it is purple, would only make sence/
